TimeFive Time Attendance Software

A powerful, user-friendly software package designed to manage and track

employee's movements during work hours, TimeFive provides greater control in

busy offices, factories or anywhere there is a need to monitor the hours worked,

staff absences, define shifts, or plan and organise holiday allowances.

To make tracking employees very simple, TimeFive uses fingerprint scanning

technology in place of a conventional time card. The fingerprint scanners can be

easily installed at entry or exit points and connected to the host computer via an

RS232C, RS485C or Ethernet connection. Thanks to this flexibility, employee's

entering and leaving the building can be accurately timed, and employers can

be sure that a secure entrance system is maintained.

Featuring an intuitive on screen graphical interface, TimeFive allows the operator to manage a complete staff database,

whilst also providing the flexibility and versatility to print out monthly reports of cumulated work hours for individual

employees. These can be easily exported in CSV format for accounting & payroll purposes - ideal for shift work or flexible

working hours.

A completely customisable combination of hardware and software which can be configured to suit individual application

needs, TimeFive is available in 10, 25, 50 or unlimited user versions and runs on any Windows 2000 or XP computer.

AccessFive is the result of 3 years R&D to integrate complex concepts to create

a "packaged" Access Control software with a short learning curve and all the

potential that you may require.

AccessFive lets you create groups of users, describe them, and define

privileges and restrictions according to your work environment. Divide your

environment into well defined zones that you can cross check with groups or

individuals to organize the Access rights. You are then able to get statistics by

person, time, zone or other indicators that you choose to obtain detailed

information about your company's activity.

CardStudio ZMotif Card Printer Software

Zebra® ZMotif CardStudio is an easy-to-learn, easy-to-operate professional

card-design and card-issuance software suite. Whether you're creating simple

or complex designs, CardStudio offers a version for every application with three

editions: Classic, Standard and Professional. Compatible with all current and

legacy Zebra card printers – including both direct-to-card and retransfer –

CardStudio makes designing, encoding, printing and connecting to databases

fast and efficient. And the option to print via direct-to-printer (D2P) technology

optimises print quality and ensures seamless design and card encoding.
