FVP10 Series Front Operating, Vocal Direct Thermal Printer

The FVP10 series is the new front operating, vocal direct thermal printer from

Star Micronics.

Using space efficiently in a retail, hospitality, office or reception environment is

absolutely vital. In a bar or kitchen it's important from a practical point of-view

and reducing on-counter clutter makes these areas safer too. And, with

ever-increasing requirements to make boutiques, shops and reception areas as

aesthetically enticing to customers as possible, many retailers are seeing the

benefits of keeping sales areas clutter free too. With the shelf mount option, the

FVP10 can be discreetly mounted under a counter or sales desk keeping these

areas clear and offering opportunities to use the space much more efficiently as

a display area or focal point for pushing a particular item or line.

The FVP100 offers a high print speed of 250mm per second combined with fast, efficient output throughput. It has built-in

USB as standard with 2nd port for – Parallel, Serial, Ethernet & Powered USB options.

The FVP10 is the first front operating POS printer to provide speech functionality with up to 255 voice commands. The

audio can be streamed directly from the PC using the Star Sound Tool. There is a default library of voice commands such

as "Please take your receipt" or "Food order coming in" but more can easily be recorded in any language using the Star

Sound Tool so that the printer is in fact multi-lingual ! There is an internal speaker with an audio jack for very noisy

environments where external speakers may be necessary.

The TSP650 receipt printer addresses the market's need for the lowest cost

receipt printing with high end superior functions. It offers fast, silent, quality

thermal performance at a matrix price with impressive processing speed

resulting in a true print speed of 150mm per second.

Coupled with this, the unique Star Raster graphics driver means even faster

throughput under Windows when printing graphics and truetype fonts.

TSP700II Series High Speed Receipt Printer

The TSP700II receipt printer is the fastest printer of its type on the market, with

a staggering print speed of 250mm per second.

The TSP700II uses Star's simple "Drop-In & Print" paper loading feature and

can accept paper rolls of 58mm, 80mm and 82.5mm wide on tickets of up to

150gsm.

An external paper feed path for large diameter and fan fold tickets is included as

standard. The "Auto-Logo" feature allows users to very simply use promotional

pictures and logos to enhance their printer receipts. Download the images to the

Flash ROM using the driver/utiliity, associated a trigger word and the printer will

automatically print the coupon whenever the matching word appears in the print

data. Simple and with no software changes required.

The TSP700 receipt printer has a host of extra features including two colour printing, wall and desk mount brackets,
